The centre has the capacity to operate with various teams of physicians and surgeons, from around the world, to provide care in their various specialties to patients. All physicians and surgeons have to be board certified in their respective disciplines and have gone through a vigorous credentialing process by our team of credentialing experts.
 

The centre is exceptionally well equipped to global and best-practice standards featuring 24 fully equipped dialysis units. In addition to numerous other equipment and facilities, the centre has two operating theaters, two heart and lung machines, two Anaesthetic machines, blood and fluid warmers and three balloon pumps. The Intensive Care Unit has 5 beds, Coronary Care Unit has 5 beds and so does the High Dependency Unit have 5 Beds. There are 4 recovery room beds which all together function as 19 critical care beds.

 

Cardiac and Renal Centre provides cardiovascular care for adults and children with heart diseases and disorders. The Cardiac Catheterization unit at CRC has state of the art laboratories with the most modern technologies: GE technical equipment. The procedures performed in the lab include angiography, balloon angioplasty, stenting, valvuloplasty etc. Patients who come to the Centre for their heart disease treatment receive compassionate and holistic care from our team of world class Cardiologists, Cardio-Thoracic surgeons and Interventional Cardiologists. When treatment is completed, the Centre provides personalized exercise training, nutritional education and stress management to help patients regain their function and return to their daily activities. The Centre is also committed to preventing heart problems in individuals at risk; such as people with diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

 

Patients with complex kidney diseases and urologic conditions can find the full range of treatment options at CRC. Clinical services in the centre include consultation, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) acute and chronic hemodialysis, all offered in the new state-of-the-art dialysis unit. Our Nephrologists work closely with the Surgeons for Kidney transplantations. The kidney transplantation program offers pre-and post-transplant counseling for our patients and their families
 

The Centre has GE 64-slice CT scan imaging technology offering unparalleled resolution and quick scanning times. Our highly trained radiologists will provide a full range of inpatient and outpatient imaging services such as ultrasonography, X-ray and echocardiogram. We are to install electronic health record that would integrate our electronic systems such as the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), hemodynamic monitors, syringe and infusion pumps and those of our vendors (General Electric, Siemens, Mindray and BBraun etc.) to create a single platform that shares vital health information in a timely and secure fashion. This initiative should be designed to create and maintain the highest quality and most seamless user experience helping facilitate coordination across the continuum of care.
